Service scope
Flowtopus provides supply-chain workflow software for Shopify merchants, including inventory risk monitoring, reorder recommendations, purchase order workflows, supplier document ingestion, merchant reminders and operational diagnostics.
Flowtopus does not buy inventory, act as a freight forwarder, act as a supplier, or make binding purchasing decisions on behalf of merchants.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their Shopify data, supplier records, payment terms, purchase costs, reorder rules, team access and business decisions made from Flowtopus outputs.
Merchants must review purchase orders, supplier document extractions, payment milestones, landed costs and receiving exceptions before relying on them for operational or financial action.
Shopify connection
Flowtopus uses Shopify OAuth and webhooks to process product, inventory, order, cancellation and refund signals needed for supply-chain routines.
Merchants must keep the Shopify store connection active and must not disable required webhooks or permissions if they expect Flowtopus stock, receipt sync and reorder workflows to remain current.
AI-assisted workflows
Flowtopus may use configured model providers to assist with supplier document extraction and reorder explanations.
AI-assisted outputs are not autonomous approvals. The merchant remains responsible for reviewing extracted document data, purchase quantities, supplier details and payment information before acting.
Billing and plan limits
Paid self-serve access may be managed through Shopify App Pricing or another supported billing provider. Plan limits may apply to connected Shopify stores, Master SKU records, supplier documents, purchase orders and users.
If payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or a plan limit is exceeded, Flowtopus may restrict new writes while preserving access needed to review existing operational records where technically possible.
Acceptable use
Merchants must not use Flowtopus to process unlawful content, upload malicious files, probe systems, bypass tenant boundaries, scrape unrelated data or overload the service.
Supplier documents should be limited to operational supply-chain records such as invoices, proformas, packing slips, production updates and receiving documents.
Security and account access
Merchants are responsible for keeping administrator access limited to trusted team members and for removing users who no longer need access.
Flowtopus uses organization-scoped access controls, role checks, signed webhooks and encrypted Shopify credentials, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Support
Support requests should be sent to contact@ozastra.com with the Shopify store domain, Flowtopus organization name, affected workflow and relevant timestamps.
Flowtopus may ask for screenshots, webhook IDs, Resend message IDs, purchase order references or supplier document IDs to diagnose an issue safely.
Termination
Merchants may stop using Flowtopus by disconnecting Shopify, cancelling the active billing plan and requesting account deletion or export where applicable.
Flowtopus may suspend access for unpaid invoices, abuse, security risk, legal requirements or material violation of these terms.
Changes
Flowtopus may update these terms as the product, legal requirements or supported integrations change.
Material changes should be reflected on this public page with an updated effective date.
